Ramadan Appeal

When we fast, we may feel their hunger, but we will not feel their pains

Fasting does not change anything in the lives of the communities residing in camps in north of Syria as most of the families are already accustomed to one modest meal per day, but the difference now is that they will be waiting for the Ramadan Sadaqah to assist them. There are millions of displaced people there who hope to meet next Ramadan with less suffering.

We launch this campaign because we do not want one and a half million displaced Muslims to fast with disease and pains. The best Sadaqah is giving medicine in Ramadan for a fasting patient, so we send you this URGENT CALL to help us secure the treatment costs for 100,000 children, women and elderly persons in north of Syria.

What they really need!

Poor people there do not need our sympathy for their hunger like they need a charity in Ramadan that would alleviate their suffering. There, in the drylands, large areas became a place for tents dwelled by those who fled death. Providing them with life-sustaining health assistance, and not only iftar meals or food baskets, makes our support more humane. There are many types of Sadaqah in Ramadan, but your donation for treating the displaced patients supports their right for a dignified and healthy life.

When we are sick, we intend to give charity hoping that Allah may heal us, so how about when that charity is given to treat the poorest and most vulnerable patients in the world?  Our prophet, peace be upon him, said: "Treat your sick by means of charity", so imagine how much rewards you would earn if you give Sadaqah during the last ten days of Ramadan.

Health is everything they possess

There in the camps of pains, the displaced people are only left with their health as their only asset to withstand hard and painful times. Thousands of children, mothers, pregnant women, and elderly persons feel pain and do not have access to the proper health care, especially after the shutdown of many hospitals due to the lack of funds. We aim to support those vulnerable groups through the Ramadan Sadaqah and we hope that it would have a blessed impact on their lives.

Your charity has a greater impact than what you think. You may save a child's life by giving medicine, offer a newborn baby a warm incubator, or save a mother or a father who is the breadwinner of his/her family.

Fasting is health promoting … Let's support their health

Thanks to the many benefactors, like you, our campaign in last Ramadan helped 50,000 patients in north of Syria access the needed treatment through our hospitals, health centers and mobile clinics. In this Ramadan, we aim to double the good and reach 100,000 patients of the most vulnerable (children, women, and the elderly) through the Ramadan Sadaqah and Zakat. Your donation will be directly delivered to them to cover the costs of their treatment, medicine, or surgeries. Your support may rescue a soul on the verge of death.

How will we use your donation?

Whatever you donate, it will definitely leave a great impact on someone's soul:

✔ Your donation of $10 can cover the treatment of two patients.

✔ Your donation of $50 can secure medicine for 5 patients.

✔ Your generous donation of $100 can cover the treatment costs for a patient in the intensive care unit.

✔ Your great donation of $150 can sponsor a special surgery for a patient in need.

✔ Your extraordinary donation of $1000 means you will cover the treatment of 200 displaced people.

This campaign is a real opportunity to give your charity and Zakat to save the lives exhausted by war, displacement, and the pandemic, during the most sacred months. Your donation means that humanity, giving and Islamic brotherhood are still there
