As a result of the severe shortage of medicines and medical supplies in the Syrian hospitals and medical centers, the Syrian Expatriate Medical (SEMA) recently sent a shipment of medicines and medical supplies on the 3rd of August  to the northern rural areas of Aleppo in coordination with the Turkish Red Crescent and the Medical Coordination Office of the Euphrates Shield, the total value of the shipment reached  (110) thousand Dollars.

Drugs and medical supplies will be distributed through the Medical Coordination Office in the Euphrates Area for hospitals and health centers within the region free of charge.

Dr. Hassan Shak, head of the Medical Coordination Office in the Euphrates Area, thanked the Syrian Expatriate Medical Association (SEMA) for its swift response and delivery of the urgent needs in a record time.
