Surgical Hospitals

The Syrian Expatriate Medical Association (SEMA) has been the most prominent supporter –  on the Syrian ground – of field and specialized hospitals that provide secondary health care services. SEMA also supports various types of secondary health care facilities, including trauma and surgery hospitals, maternity and pediatrics hospitals, as well as public hospitals.

Health services are offered by a specialized and trained medical staff to ensure quality provision of services and compliance with international protocols and standards. The medical team encompasses physicians, surgeons and resident staff of various specialties along with nurses, midwives, technicians (for laboratory, radiology, operations, sterilization, physical treatment, dialysis, optics, and anesthesia) and pharmacists in addition to service and administrative staff.
