Tuesday, the 12th of January 2021, a delegation from the Syrian Expatriate Medical Association (SEMA), represented by Dr. Ahmad Samer Al-Osh, SEMA’s CEO, visited both Dr. Ümit Mutlu Tiryaki, who is the director of Gaziantep Health Directorate, and Dr. Özbey Tan, the director of the Administration of Associations.

The purpose of the visit was to introduce the objectives and humanitarian activities of SEMA as well as to introduce Dr. Ahmad Samer Al-Osh, SEMA’s CEO. The visit of the delegation also aimed at coordinating with the Turkish government in all of the activities that SEMA runs in north of Syria for serving and alleviating the suffering of the Syrian people.

Both sides discussed the possible ways that would facilitate SEMA’s work in the medical humanitarian field through its projects in north of Syria, and the Turkish side expressed the readiness for collaboration and coordination. On the other hand, SEMA also confirmed its commitment to the operating procedures in line with the Turkish law. #SEMA_Holds_Good_for_All
