On Wednesday, the 13th of January 2021, a delegation from the Syrian Expatriate Medical Association (SEMA) represented by its Board Chairman, Dr. Hassan Mheish, its CEO, Dr. Ahmad Samer Al-Osh, the previous Board Chairman, Dr. Husam Junaid as well as the previous CEO, Dr. Abdulhannan Al-Joujah, visited Kilis governor, Mr. Fehmi Sinan Niyazi, his deputy, Mr. Recep Soytürk, and the head of Coordination Department in Gaziantep Directorate of Migration, Ms. Arife Alkam.   The visit aimed at enhancing coordination with the Turkish government in all of the humanitarian medical activities that SEMA runs in north of Syria, and introducing the new management team of SEMA, represented by Dr. Ahmad Samer Al-Osh, the CEO.   Both sides discussed all means that would facilitate the implementation of SEMA’s humanitarian health projects carried out in north of Syria. In addition, the delegation confirmed SEMA’s commitment to the approaches that are in line with the Turkish law. The Turkish side welcomed SEMA’s delegation and its new management and expressed the possibility to overcome all barriers that obstruct the provision of humanitarian medical services for the vulnerable people in Syria. #SEMA_We_Hold_Good_for_All
